Pasadena Studios is an 181 unit, Studio Apartment Project in Pasadena California. The project is 100% affordable, bringing much needed affordable housing to the City of Pasadena. The project is financed by 4% Tax Credits and Tax Exempt Bonds. The project is targeted for entry level workers, earning between 30%-60% of AMI (Area Median Income).
The developers of this project were a Joint Venture between Bridge Financial Advisors and Community Builders Group. The project was completed in 2023 and is fully leased.

Cathedral City, CA
Mountain View Estates (“MVE”) is a 26-acre, fully entitled project that consists of 110 single family homes with an Attached ADU, located in Cathedral City, within the Coachella Valley. The project borders Rancho Mirage and is within the Rancho Mirage school districts, which are some of the highest rated schools in the Coachella Valley.
The project is completing all necessary construction document approvals and the development team expects to break ground in Q4 2024.
